Spiral Mixer with Stable Cauldron
The Spiral Mixers are generally preferred in bake houses and patisseries since they lessens the kneading time. As a much homogenous dough mixture is provided, volume of the bread is larger as well. It is possible for the machine to work both manually and automatically; it has also two time settings. The caldron, the flexible shaft and shearing knife are made of corrosion-resisting steel. The caldron can also be rotated in the reverse direction. It operates silently thanks to its working with belting. The machine is transportable and has fixing parts as well.
