Storey Oven

Storey Ovens are produced with circulation system, which was developed with R&D, as well as heat-resistant base stones. The system ensures homogeneous temperature distribution throughout the oven. With this feature, excellent cooking can be achieved. It has strong steam generating units that provide the required amount of steam for each storey. They can be set independently of each other and the individual steam ratio can be adjusted for each storey. This feature makes it possible to cook different products on different floors at the same time. In multi-storey ovens, heat loss is minimized by using high-quality insulation materials as well as other advanced techniques. Thus, energy consumption is reduced to a minimum level and it does not affect the ambient temperature.
