Mini-convectional ovens are designed for the production of small-sized patisseries such as pies, sandwiches, breads, etc. in restaurants, hotels and bakeries. By means of the stainless steel ventilator that rotates in two directions in the oven, a homogeneous temperature distribution is ensured. On the lower part, there is hardware that provides the moisture conditions for fermented products. It is fully made of stainless steel sheet. Energy consumption is lessened to minimum levels thanks to its high quality heat insulation.
